Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth efforts, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, skilled in sales, and able to identify new business opportunities in both the corporate and leisure sectors.

Key Responsibilities
_{Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Bellaire Travels’ market presence
Identify and pursue new partnerships, corporate clients, and sales channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and clients
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitches for clients
Work with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Represent Bellaire Travels at industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions}

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
Proven experience in business development, sales, or travel/tourism sector
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is an advantage
Professional, proactive, and customer-oriented personality
Fluency in English and French is a strong asset
